Our remote software can generate a single-use ID and Password. With your authorization, it allows a technician to remote into your pc to service your computer, or other selected device. After checking for unusual activity such as recent changes in processor usage, hard-drive space, and other less obvious virus indicators, our technicians are typically able to clean-up your system, resulting in better performance. You are able to see exactly what is happening, and are able to end the session at any time. Again, the system-generated user ID and password are valid for a single session only.
Then give us a call with ID. We also offer Customer Care Agreements, which include at least 1 hours of remote service per quarter. For these clients, there is an always-accessible connection when your computer is running. We NEVER access any system without prior authorization from the system owner.
